- Highly critical of others' work.
- Astoundingly sensitive about my own work. The slightest criticism will propel me to a fetal positioned fit of self-loathing for a good week.
- At work I scour emails for spelling and/or grammar mistakes. I then gleefully bring up this error to the sender's attention. Brimming with self satisfaction I add, "Well, I guess you're not a writer like me." I then wait for them to ask to read my work so they can forward it to a distant relative who happens to be a producer/agent. Oddly, none have yet responded in this appropriate manner.
