Tristan MG Aitchison is a Screenwriter. He graduated in Screenwriting from Screen Academy Scotland in 2010. His first screenplay ‘The Gift of the Nation’ was shortlisted for the John Brabourne Big 5 Comedy Award sponsored by Working Title and UK Film Council. He was also selected for and attended TAPS 2010 writers search for the Celtic nations and regions.
He’s lived and worked in no fewer than five countries: volunteered in Romanian orphanages, danced to Atomic Kitten on the Mongolian Steppes, been shot at in Siberia, arrested in Georgia and eaten dog twice in Korea. All this and more and he’s only 30.
Having lived away from his native Scotland for so long he’s got a unique and humorous view on how he sees Britain and the world.
