I was a two-time Fulbright Scholar to Bangladesh and Indonesia and host Crime Beat, the biggest crime-related radio show on the Internet. I am a former instructor in journalism In UCLA's Extension Division.
I am a producer and director of two award winning documentaries. One of them, The Frank Matthews story has been licensed by the Discovery Channel for international viewing. As an expert on crime, I have appeared regularly on television, including the Biography, Discovery, ID, History Black Entertainment, TVI and Starz channels. Cold Play, my co-authored martial arts screenplay has been optioned by Triple Dime Productions.
