After receiving my MFA from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, I started in the entertainment industry at Walt Disney Feature Animation and worked steadily for 25 years for some of the biggest studios and on some of the biggest projects in cinema history.
My true passion, however, is screenwriting and evaluating screenplays. I have been a script consultant for two decades and have evaluated more than 3,000 scripts for production companies like Walden Media and Scott Free Films. I also worked closely with Christopher Vogler, author of "The Writer's Journey," and I am a passionate disciple of The Hero's Journey, which I earnestly believe is the foundation for any great script.
I am also a self-published author and have published two YA novels on Amazon.
