Marshall is a highly qualified international business development professional (who also writes screenplays) by virtue of his unique experience working with small-scale Information Technology, Life Science and Agri-business enterprises, US and foreign Governments and trade associations in the areas of international management, marketing and sales in the USA, Europe, Japan, the Middle East and Africa. During the last 25 years, he has managed Small and Medium Enterprise development assistance and international trade and investment development projects on behalf of the United States Small Business Administration, the United States Agency for International Development, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the European Union. As a corporate executive, Marshall successfully designed and implemented the global market entry of the long distance telecommunications services and VOIP computer telephony software of two start-up U.S. technology companies. He also served as Managing Director of the flagship company of the Botswana Development Corporation. Prior to, Marshall was one for the first Peace Corps SME volunteers, serving as the Rural Industrial Officer, Botswana. Marshall provided management and business development leadership for the Mason Enterprise Center’s International Business Accelerator, one of only two multinational institutions in the USA that are exclusively designed to assist both foreign companies and USA firms forge successful business partnerships in the American marketplace.
