Reed Martin is an adjunct associate professor at NYU's Stern School of Business and the author of "The Reel Truth: Everything You Didn't Know You Need To Know About Making An Independent Film" (Macmillan, 2009). He is a former research associate at Harvard Business School where he wrote full HBS cases for the senior faculty including professors James Austin, Connie Bagley, and Stephen Bradley.
Previously, Martin has worked as a senior marketing manager in the Communications, Media, and Technology Practice at the management consulting firm of Booz | Allen | Hamilton and as an analyst's associate (covering large-cap media and entertainment stocks) at Cowen & Co. Securities in New York. Martin is also a graduate of the management trainee program at 20th Century Fox Film who received an MBA in marketing from Columbia Business School in 1996.
