For Barrett, only three rules matter: No Booze, No Drugs, No Promiscuous Sex. In the hardcore punk scene, it's called Straight Edge. It's a serious life vow and the only thing he and his militant band friends take more seriously than their music. But when Barrett is diagnosed with a terminal illness, he's torn between taking treatment or keeping the oath he made for life.
