We meet protagonist Simone, a wannabe vampire with a bad attitude who's about to get evicted from her apartment. Her goofball brother Sam convinces her to let ditzy cheerleader Ashlee be her new roomie.
We then meet psycho vampire hunter Marcus. Convinced that Simone is a real vampire, Marcus tries to impale her with a wooden stake when he ends up getting attacked and bitten by Ashlee, who's the real vampire!
Meanwhile, we meet Marcus’ side-kick Vin, and his buddies, pervert Brinkhouse and Dr. Tony Hu, a veterinarian with blue skin.
Marcus ends up kidnapping Sam and taking him to an abandoned factory where he holds him hostage in exchange for Ashlee, who he intends to slay.
However, Simone and Ashlee get their hands on Marcus's best friend, Vin. They meet Marcus at the factory and try to swap Vin out for Sam, but Vin’s pervy buddy Brinkhouse appears and pistol whips Marcus, knocking him out! Far from being a good guy, Brinkhouse forces Ashlee to suck the silver out of Tony’s blood (which is what caused his skin to be blue), thus allowing him to turn into a werewolf!
Todd sprays Ashlee with dog pheromones and tries to record the werewolf having sex with her for his furry porn video website, but Marcus joins up with Simone and the gang and end up turning the table on Todd who get it in the end!
