"Frog and Fish" is a mixture of "Finding Nemo" and "Ice Age". The story revolves around a youthful and upbeat frog named Felix who is about to embark on the greatest adventure ever. The only problem is he doesn't know what that adventure should be. Before long Felix's question is answered when he finds a Blue Gill named Bob/Scales after he was washed/pushed out of his pond by a jealous and evil fish called Leonard. The two make an odd pair but soon Bob coaxes Felix into taking him back to his pond.

On their way back to the pond it is Felix's job to carry and protect Bob from the various creatures that lurk in the dark. Felix does an admirable job, but not according to Bob who constantly nags him and takes him for granted. Felix's spirit can't be broken however and as the adventure continues he soon wins over his stubborn friend. The only problem is, the closer they get to home, the more Felix begins to realize he might just lose his best friend.
