SPLIT THE RENT (short script)

SPLIT THE RENT is a horror/dark comedy short about 4 roommates who place an ad on Craigslist to find another roommate to move into their huge house. When the new roommate moves in and pays their first month's rent and security deposit, the original roommates kill them and repeat. Their latest prospective victim, though, has a dark secret of his own.
